Monday - Thursday: 3 - 5 hours

Do you have any experience as a staff member already? If yes, explain where, when, and how:

(Also I excluded MANY small servers I have been staff on in order to save the readers time, if wished for me to list them I can)
1- Surprisingly, I have a lot of staff experience, even including a server that in the past always had a constant of 2,000 players. I applied on the server and due to my dedication, was accepted. I was staff on it about 2 years ago, though it has shifted to join another network, which has died it down (died down to about a constant of 600 players). I had been moderator on the network before it shifted, and they even had asked me to develop a plugin for them for KitPvP and were willing to pay. I turned this offer down as I wished to have more time to work on my server.
2- When I owned a server I developed it all on my own, hence giving me experience with many plugins and allowing me to program my own plugins for the server too. The server succeeded in getting donations and being semi-popular among players. In the end it shut down due to lacking the ability to keep up with other servers. I ran the server for 3 years and maintained a staff team that could handle the players. This was about 2 years ago.
3- I have also acquired Administrator on a relatively new server already taking off. Though, I currently mainly help with commands, building, etc. Although the server actually just launched 2 days ago, I have been working on it for 6 days. I have helped the owner with building tactics and commands and informed him of specific plugins that he should download. I didn't apply, but rather through the owner's trust in me he had given me Administrator right off the bat.
Why should we accept you?:
I am very experienced when it comes to servers and have the ability to program numerous languages, I know how to handle players in an appropriate manner, I know how to assist players if they are in need of assistance in many cases, and I plan to dedicate a great deal of time to the server whether I'm accepted or not.
Why do you want to become staff?:
I would like to have the ability to handle situations that need to be handled when current staff members are offline, along with the fact that I wish to help players in every and any was possible, I also wish to keep the chat from resulting in any rule violators, such as advertisers. Along with this, I'd like the ability to deal with any hackers, obviously taking proof of all the rule-violating things that the player has done in order to provide proof.

Yes, I understand that staff members are generally being pulled around due to players needing assistance, and I have the ability to stay calm in those situations along with any others put my way, and I will handle those situations in a proper manner.
